How we may use and disclose health information
The following categories describe common ways New Dawn Behavioral Health, LLC may use or disclose PHI. Not every permitted use or disclosure is listed.

We may disclose PHI in response to a court or administrative order or other lawful process when permitted or required by law. Records protected by 42 C.F.R. Part 2 are subject to additional restrictions and requirements.
